Survey numeric scale

A survey taker who makes a choice in a numeric scale question block can change their rating but cannot undo or erase it. For example, in a question block with a scale between 1 and 5, if they mark 3 they can change it by marking 4 but they cannot clear the scale completely if they want to skip that question. Is there a way for them to UNDO their answer and reset all choices in that question to blank?

Hello @HubertG ,

They'd need to refresh the page if they wanted to clear away their question responses.

Thanks for your quick reply.

The term "refresh" might be misleading. First I tried reloading, and nothing happens.

Then I closed the survey and re-opened it from the email. It does clear the form. We will give our contacts specific instructions, but a simple "undo" would be more user-friendly.
