Is it normal to be on hold for longer than 45 minutes after being told it will be 10 minutes? I wanted to open another account but Chat and the phone robot couldn't get me to Sales. No email to submit a support ticket either.

If you want to open a new account, you just need to go to our main website (constantcontact.com), and select the Sign up free or Start Trial button (may differ depending on your browser's saved cookies with the site) in the top-right corner.

 

The number for Sales is 855-339-0045. When you call, you'll just select the option you match with; 1: you have a trial account already, 2 you don't have an account, 3 you're interested in the Lead Gen & CRM product, not the Email & Digital Marketing product. Was there something you specifically needed from the Sales team?
