Tool bar now at top of screen

Can't find several buttons that I use frequently when doing an email newsletter - like the fill button. When I am using the text box in the newsletter, I used to be able to easily change the color behind the text in the box. Now I can't find the fill button. Gail Miller Seattle Washington

The fill button for rows is available via the gear icon that shows when you hover over a row of blocks. Otherwise, individual block types may are also influenced by their Design tab defaults.
