We’ve been experiencing an odd problem with Constant Contact emails sent to our sales email . When vendors send us emails through Constant Contact, we never receive them and there appear to be no signs of them ever being sent. They are not filtered to the junk folder, they are not deleted, we don’t have any blocked Constant Contact senders, or rules preventing Constant Contact emails being received from this email. It is also not a domain issue because we have other emails with the same domain; an accounting email and inquiry email , and they have no issues receiving Constant Contact emails.
Each vendor we bring this issue up to reassures us that our sales email is on their email lists and that the emails were sent and received by us. We then tried setting up an account with Constant Contact with our sales email. Even when we send our own Constant Contact emails to our sales email, we are not receiving them. However, the emails we sent to inquiry and accounting both showed up with no issues. We also could confirm from the Constant Contact interface that the emails were sent and received by all three addresses.
Does anyone have an idea why this may be happening, how we could fix it, or who we could talk with to get this fixed? Any help would be appreciated!
