Is there an alert system for a task or anniversary date so you get reminded to follow up a client or clients?

Hello @user872963 ,

 

You can create automations around anniversary dates for your contacts (AKA - when they first sign up with you). Beyond that, nothing in the system would have the kind of functionality you're describing.
