We are a neighborhood association and would like to create a voting ballot with choices and able to respond with results to an email. Can it be done on CC
Hello @nancyflash ,
If you just need a very simple ballot setup, you can add multiple poll blocks to an email. You can view the results via the email's reporting page, but it would also be providing the contacts' identifying info alongside their choices.
The other option would be to make a survey and share that in your email. The only issue would be that surveys shared through emails are coded to capture contact info for responses. Therefore, like the poll blocks, they wouldn't be anonymous unless the survey is accessed outside of an email - such as via the email's webpage version, a social media post, on your website, etc.
If you're wanting to keep the ballots truly anonymous on your side, then you'll likely need to utilize an external system for the ballot and share that link through your email instead.
