what is the chance of blacklisting of email id's after email campaign and what advice you give on sending email campaign from company email id or or to create a separate email id for the email campaigns?

By "blacklisting," are you asking about unsubscribes / spam reports, or something else? If you're sending emails for a particular organization / company, then you'll want to be sending those emails through an address associated with the company. That said, depending on the organization, you may want to look into self-authenticating your domain, to avoid your emails getting erroneously flagged as not being sent by you.
