I have tried to edit this email by logging in as an account owner and an account manager of our account, but I keep getting the error message: "You have encountered an error. Please try again in a few minutes." Much more than a few minutes later, I tried again and I'm still getting the error. Is this broken? Thank you!

I'd advise calling general support for live troubleshooting on automations.
