Won't accept URL link for newsletter

For some reason when I add the URL to link from my website I get a message saying to enter a valid URL.

Any idea why that comes up? I even copy and pasted a URL from an old newsletter into my new one, and I get the same message.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello @DebbieG904 ,

Have you checked the link to make sure:

  • it has the https:// in front of the rest of the URL
  • there's no spaces before or after the URL
  • make sure the URL is valid and will work if pasted into your browser's address bar

If your link meets all three of the above points, I'd advise calling our general support so they can continue troubleshooting live with you.
