The WordPress Signup Form integration is obtuse, antiquated, and marginally functional. Is modernizing Constant Contact's clunky WordPress integration anywhere in the continuious product improvement backlog, and if so, is there any targeted release quarter?

An August WordPress Constant Contact plugin review stated "It is so convenient to have this plugin available and sync to your CC lists. However, the plugin randomly deactivates and gives you no notification of when it is no longer syncing. Then you'll be notified of a new subscriber to your email address, but that person will never make it over into CC. It's very stressful to try to figure out who made it to the list and who didn't and when it stopped syncing. This can't be that hard of issue to solve! At minimum, sending an email that the list is no longer syncing so we can go in and disconnect and reconnect (that seems to be what works)."
I went to install the plugin rated 3.5 out of 5, and oh freakin' no, "Last Updated: 2 months ago Untested with your version of WordPress". Really? A national brand. What year is this?
When does the Constant Contact Product Owner intend on addressing the chronic WordPress plugin and integration issues that cause paying customer so much heartburn and make them look for alternatives?
