I have created an automated trigger email for registration for a webinar. If the contact is in our database, they are not being sent the trigger email when they are added to the new list. The contacts are showing in the new list. Only new contacts are being sent the email. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @PamG818 ,
The trigger type has to be List Join not New Subscriber, and the automation has to be activated, in order for contacts being manually added to the triggering list(s) to begin the queue. If the automation is set as new subscriber, only sign-up form additions will enter the contacts into the automation's queue. If the contacts already exist in the list selected for a List Join trigger, then they will not enter the queue.
