Do you already have to have an exsisting email list to use Constant Contact

Hi @user4624769. You do not need to have a list. We offer a wide variety of sign-up tools to help grow your lists and gather leads. By having contacts sign up themselves, this also keeps you in compliance with our Email Permission Policy.
