A client wants to discontinue use. I have artwork and files uploaded to the gallery. Will their digital file addresses be deleted forever?

Hello @ChristinaS014 ,

Accounts are still available for reactivation for at least 120 days post-cancellation, after which they’ll enter a queue for purging. Our system will automatically email the account's main address when the canceled account is close to purging. If the owner reactivates prior to being purged, all the account's emails, reporting, contacts, etc. will be as they left them, but some campaign types (e.g. automations) will need to be copied to “reactivate” them. If they do not reactivate prior to the account purge, its data will be removed and the account's data won't be accessible nor able to be re-activated.

Make sure to check out the full rundown of how cancellation works.

If the individual cancelling the account wants their data fully purged sooner, they'll need to submit a request to our Privacy team. For more info regarding our privacy policies on account data, please see our Privacy Center

If your main concern is just making sure your material is deleted from your client's account, I'd advise using the built-in functionalities of the Library to delete those files from their library before their account enters cancelled status.
