I'm trying to figure out my domain address and getting frustrated because of the new email standard

Hi @LenaB8. We cannot find domains for you. Generally, it's going to be your website name.  You will need to contact whoever set up your domain to confirm this domain is owned by you so you can use it as your From address.

If you do not own your domain, you can customize your subdomain to one that is more easily recognizable.
