I'm experiencing an issue while importing my contacts from an Excel spreadsheet into Constant Contact. My spreadsheet has three columns: First Name, Last Name, and Email. However, when I import the file, only the Last Name and Email columns appear correctly. The First Name column is missing.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I want to ensure that all the information, including the first names, is imported correctly.
Hello @L58911 ,
When importing, is your column for first names properly assigned to the First Name field, whether automatically or manually? Is the file formatted properly for import?
