my ecommerce reporting button is missing

Under reporting page I was able to click the "Ecommerce" Button and see the sales generated from my campaign. I have been using constant contact for few years now and its gone missing. Please help.

Hello @AliceA88 ,

 

Your issue has already been tracked to your account, and the Tier 2 agent assigned to your case earlier this month emailed you, letting you know this is something being looked into by the devs. There is no ETA on this issue, as it's brand new and the devs are still investigating. As the issue is already tracked to your account, if and when there's an update, you'll be notified directly by the devs via email. 

 

As it stands, the current issue is tied into the fact that this reporting is attached to the current 3 Plan setup. As you've been grandfathered into the retired Email / Email Plus plans, the most feasible "fix" is going to be switching to one of our currently available plan types: Lite, Standard, or Premium.
