Can anyone tell me why my number in the "subscribed" box is different than the number in the "number of subscribers' box? Off by 2. Thanks!

Hello @CherylL42 ,

 

I'm seeing a difference between your current subscribed numbers, and the "newly added" metric for the past month. However, that could be due to the merging or deletion of certain contacts. If the contact totals don't match up after 24 hours, please call our general support so they can troubleshoot live.
