"Reply To" option doesn't work; replies go to "Sent From" contact

When I select different "Sent From" and "Reply To" contacts, replies nevertheless go to the "Sent From" person. So our Executive Director gets hundreds of auto-replies that I should be getting and using to manage our database.

Any way to fix this glitch? It's been this way for a long time.

Hello,

Unfortunately, this isn't a glitch, it's how auto-replies work. Auto-replies like mailbox full, vacation, out-of-office, no longer with company, we've received your message, etc. are triggered to send to the sending addresses, not to reply-to addresses, even when a different reply-to has been applied to the email.

Your Executive Driector may be able to work with your org's IT to get such auto-replies spam-filtered, but that isn't something we're able to assist with.
