"Total Contacts' vs actual members we are mailing to.

We are a small non-profit that has a membership list of members we mail to monthly. On the contact page it says we have a subscribers but we only mail to or so people.  What is the difference?  Does it matter?  I look at the list and it seems like it is only members. Do we need to worry about this?  Are trying to get our list in order.

Thank you.

Hello @user09408 ,

Your account's lists have less contacts than your total active contacts. It means that some of the subscribed contacts you have aren't in a list. You can filter for contacts not on any list, and determine how you want to handle them- export and deletion, adding them to the appropriate list(s), etc.
