there should be a way we can select a recipient that we contact and we can reply just to that one person that clicked the link to ask them to schedule but the mass email still be at the bottom so they know which email we are referring to

Hello @WillO70 ,

 

If you're wanting a particular response email to trigger from a contact clicking a link, I'd suggest setting up an automation with that trigger. 

 

If you'd prefer a more manual approach, I'd suggest crafting an email that links back to the original email campaign's unique URL. This can be done within our system or outside of it, depending on how you wish to manage the incoming responses / link clicks, the time frame surrounding how long you want those clicks to result in you responding to the contact, etc.

 

Another option would be to craft a pre-built email for the contacts to express interest, by adding a mailto: link into the original email. This way correspondence is isolated to that email thread, and all context is included.

 

My other suggestion would be to link directly to your preferred scheduling site in the original email, so the contact can schedule themselves right away.
