How can I either change my social media posts and my preview tests so they day Dear Friend vs a persons name. The name currently being used in my account is from a deceased volunteer and I would like to know how to update this. Thanks

Hi @AnnaL. Were you seeing this name appear when sending a test email? If so, this is because the account owner's name will show as the placeholder when sending a test email. You can update the account owner's name so it properly reflects the person who owns the account.
