trouble downloading images

I have been having trouble downleading images to my email campaign. I've done this before and have never had trouble. They simply aren't downloading. Any thoughts

Hi @ElizabethA7669. Could you please be more specific with what you are experiencing? Are you adding images into a campaign or are you not seeing images when you are viewing the email in your inbox?

 

If it is the latter, what is your email client and are you seeing any prompts to download images?
