Multiple emails in uploads

Can anyone tell me how I upload an excel spreadsheet including names and emails that has multiple pages/tabs?

To use the file upload, all the contacts would need to be on the first tab, or each tab needs to be its own separate file. Please see our article on formatting contact files for import, for further info and guidance.
