Your process for finding/removing duplicates feels antiquated in our current age, requiring the user to use spreadsheets, manually update data, and manually remove duplicate or obsolete contacts. With all the new features you are developing, I am surprised you do not have a data cleanup tool that scans for duplicates, merges data, and deletes contacts after walking through a set of prompts. An integration partner, NOVI, has a "Data Maid" feature, as do most other databases. As a contact database for an email marketing platform first, please consider developing something like this.
