 Hey @GranPaSmurf, the tiny images that are seen in the subject lines are actually emojis. With emojis being a unicode character, we wouldn't have the ability to modify or make additions to their library. Hey @jayw987, thanks for posting your idea! Emojis are very similar to fonts in the way that if a user doesn't have a font downloaded to their computer, it won't display properly. The way emojis work is that all modern devices have a basic library of emojis that are supported and in order to modify those, the emoji would have to be distributed to those devices, like a software update. We unfortunately don't have the ability to modify the emojis that are supported on devices and using a custom emoji wouldn't display on the end user's device. I have submitted this feedback to that third party as I agree, there aren't many options for frames in there. Hey @Rhoda03, thanks for your feedback! We used a third party service to allow users to edit their images and this service was unexpectedly discontinued and while we tried to extend our usage of it, the discontinuation of supporting this editor was deemed permanent by that third party. Due to this, we were able to quickly implement a newer image editor that offers a lot of really cool features. This image editor was created by img.ly, a third party company, and is the editor we also use in the mobile app for Constant Contact. While we have some control over the image editor, the overall functionality and look and feel is something that we don't have direct control of. I am collecting all of the feedback that we get and providing it to the appropriate teams. Would having an option to toggle a "light theme" be useful? This would ultimately make the editor much less dark and more of a white background, black text interface.    In regards to the brushes, these allow you to draw and paint onto the image that you are editing. Some users like to draw frames around images to give them a creative look. They can also be used to quickly "erase" part of the image by covering it up.  ... View more

 Hey @BeadFXBeads, thanks for sharing this! I took a look at the most recent campaign that you sent and found that this block you were working in was the only one affected. If I create a new block, the bold button works as expected. This often happens when content is copy and pasted from external sources and in order to fix this, we suggest clearing the styles of your block as well as pasting as plain text, which can be done in most browsers by pressing control + shift + V. If doing this doesn't work, it may be best to start with a brand new content block in your next email. This will help clear out any bad formatting and incompatible code within that block.      ... Hey @cherlyn_g the new photo editor does allow for you to drag and drop each corner of the image to where you'd like to crop it. With this new editor being managed by a third party, we don't have the ability to implement change freely, however, this is feedback we've provided to them directly as the crop tool is very difficult to see on images with light background. ...
