Hello everyone,    As some of you may have not seen my previous post, I want to thank you for your feedback and especially your patience with us regarding the new image editor. As our old editor was retired by Adobe without warning, we had to quickly adapt and bring on a new tool for you to use. As we've been working out bugs with that editor, your feedback has been instrumental with getting this feature added. I am happy to let you know that we've just released two new frames into the image editor! As of today, you now have the option of choosing from 7 frames including a simple white or black frame. Hey @RikkiT64 thanks for taking the time to share this with us! Copy and pasting can sometimes be a hairy situation especially with so many ways to bring it in and programs to format it in. If you could, would you be able to share the source of where you are copy and pasting the content from? Hey @VictorV3 thanks so much for sharing this feedback! We have actually been hard at work giving our Custom Editor a complete overhaul and are about ready to begin releasing! It's got a side by side view, much like DreamWeaver where you'll be able to see a live version of your campaign right beside your code. I think this will accomplish exactly what you're wanting and make it a lot more efficient. Hey @VictorV3, thanks for sharing this feedback! I understand you used the preview window as a side window while editing your code and wanted to see if it might be better for us to develop a side by side view where you could view live updates to a preview while editing your code. It'd be super similar to the way Dreamweaver has a split view with rendered HTML and raw code. If this is something that'd work better, I have some good news - it's coming soon! Hey @Kristi_A, thanks for your feedback! Would it be easier if we created a "Preview and Test" list that you could send to instead of having to type those contacts out every time? Hey @WVPresbytery, thanks for sharing this feedback! We definitely understand the importance of being able to edit the spacing in bulleted lists. Some email clients like Outlook don't actually support the formatting of spacing and indentions on lists so if we were to add this type of feature, Outlook would likely not respect those formats. Is that something that would be a deal breaker in using formatting tools like that? I've opened this idea to hopefully get some more insight on this issue as well as let others vote and kudo the idea.  ... View more

Hey @DenicaG, thanks so much for sharing your feedback! We actually have some great ways to segment contacts further and it actually covers almost every instance that you mentioned. Check out this Knowledge-base article for more information on how you can create these types of segments. As far as segmenting to shoppers, this is something we've been working on for some time and it'll be available shortly to Shopify customers. As we release this feature for Shopify, I'm sure we'll look into other online shops that we can integrate with. From DeannaH10:  Thank you for reaching out. Either, or, is fine by me, so long as we can continue on with our existing nurture instead of having to cancel the nurture, re-create the entire thing with the new emails, and then re-activate. The older autoresponder version allowed us to pause it, add new emails to the existing nurture, and then un-pause it. That worked great. I have my bi-weekly newsletters on an autoresponder series to save me time and help me better schedule the newsletter frequency. It’s great to be able to add to the existing nurture on an on-going basis. I also have lead nurture campaigns where, when things change in our organization, I would like to be able to make those necessary edits to the nurture emails to better nurture leads and potential customers. Again, I now can’t pause > edit > un-pause. It seems I have to cancel > re-create > activate again. It would also be great if there wasn’t a cap on the number of emails you can include on an autoresponder. Right now it’s capped at 15 emails. While we’re at it, can you please add a ‘search’ functionality to email campaigns by title or name; right now you can only search previous email campaigns by date.  Thanks for keeping Constant Contact great!   ... Hey @JazzCorner.com, thanks for sharing this feedback! We currently do allow for multiple social media blocks where you can have several different links to Facebook or other pages. To do this, you'd want to add a social media block, update the links, and then you can add another social media block and update it's links as it will not modify the pre-existing blocks. Hey @DeannaH10, I really appreciate you sending this feedback over. We've received a lot of requests for the features that you've mentioned in this thread and we are definitely looking into it. We're actively working on giving users more control over their edits as well as providing more copy options.  When you want to make edits to your campaign, are you wanting the campaign to continue sending while you are making those edits and then once you're done, are you wanting it to start using the most updated version? Some users prefer the campaign to stop sending until the edits are made, so I'm just trying to get an understanding of what'd work best.  ... View more
