Hi William! Thanks for getting back to me. I'm working with a business account. I haven't seen any changes on how my Paypal account is connected. But I was reading this on my store configuration: You will receive an email from PayPal with instructions for setting up your PayPal Merchant account after you have sold your first product or service. Your account needs to be verified by PayPal before the Payment status of an order is updated. And realized that I never got that email. Maybe that's the problem?

I have a landing page with my store, and order paid via Paypal. Its status shows as Payment Pending, and hence my client isn't getting their item. Is there something I haven't configured right? Or anything else you can help me with?
