In the past when I deleted my contacts, the contact count went to 0. Now, after deleting my contacts I have to call billing to have them 0 out my contact count. This makes no sense to me. Why do I have to waste the time of your billing person and me to call and get the contact count deleted in your system when in the past I could do in in literally 20 seconds. Most businesses strive to reduce the numbers of customer service calls not increase them. This is really a significant step backward for Constant Contact.
