So contact CAN NOT unsubscribe from certain/individual lists? They HAVE TO go in and update a profile from a link that is buried under the unsubscribe in the middle, where they have to send themselves and e-mail and click in a link in that e-mail ad, then pick the lists the want to be on (if we make available)? Unsubscribe from all is quickest easiest choice and most likely course of action, thinking if they miss it they will just resubscribe...... I am correct in these statements?= or doing something wrong?
