Two weeks ago, after several days of getting the Oops! Cannot save your changes message every few minutes, I was told by Constant Contact that the problem was on their end and they'd notify me when it was fixed. I've heard nothing and, two weeks later, I'm still struggling to get out my emails because of this continuing problem. On my end, I've done all the recommended actions -- cleared cache, tried it in other browsers, etc. What is the problem and is it going to be fixed or is the only solution to change email marketing companies? After three years with CC, I'd rather not do that.
