I continue to get the following error message when trying to upload a new jpeg: "File extension does not match file format. Save the file in a different format and try again." Even though I have: a) saved the file as a .jpg; b) labeled it as a .jpg (flyer.jpg); and resaved it as a .jpg in Microsoft photos, I still get this message. The only work-around I have been able to use so far is to print out the jpeg, scan it on my printer, and rename it a .jpg. This wastes a lot of time and resources. Help! Also, this help message service would be alot more friendly if I could paste the error message directly from your site to show you what is happening!
