I continue to get the following error message when trying to upload a new jpeg: "File extension does not match file format. Save the file in a different format and try again."
Even though I have: a) saved the file as a .jpg; b) labeled it as a .jpg (flyer.jpg); and resaved it as a .jpg in Microsoft photos, I still get this message. The only work-around I have been able to use so far is to print out the jpeg, scan it on my printer, and rename it a .jpg. This wastes a lot of time and resources. Help!
Also, this help message service would be alot more friendly if I could paste the error message directly from your site to show you what is happening!

Hello @RobP1450,
Without seeing the actual file saved on your computer, it's possible the encoding of the file type is incorrect. You will want to change the image format and resave it as a png.
