Thank you, William. I found that option but because I was trying to resize the email campaign I never found that function. I need to be able to use my email campaign as a bulletin/poster insert so I can keep the continuity of a campaign or event instead of changing graphics from one flyer to the email to the printed bulletin insert. Is there a way to change a campaign to print as an insert? I'd like to print two per page, landscape view. I can't seem to find this option anywhere. Thanks, anybody! ~Sheri

Is there some way to make the contacts list in alphabetical order again?
I really liked it when the contacts list was in alphabetical by last name. I could scroll down quickly to find the name I needed.

Years ago I tried to use the 'personalization' feature on my campaigns but stopped when it said 'first name' instead!!
So not cool to have that going out to your email subscribers.
I just tried to use it again and plus I entered 'Friend' as a second option so that would be used if the contact, signing up on our newsletter list, didn't include their name. Well, my name is included on my email address and the test email to myself is calling me 'Friend'! Ugh. What is going on?! It can't be me anymore. What glitch does CC need to fix?

You pop-up questionaire didn't show a 'submit' button or a 'next page' since I was able to see there was 2 pgs of questions. I took a screenshot of the problem if you need to see my view in order to troubleshoot. Kind of like this 'feedback' form...I now see there is only an 'x' in the top, right corner and no 'submit' button. I hope you get this somehow. Sheri ps. since the textbox was highlighted BLUE I took a chance and hit the 'tab' key and the 'submit your feedback' button appeared! Maybe that's where you can fix the other popup problem.
