For years, whenever I upload my Excel file with the Columns "Province" ; "Cell" and "Title".. It never matches with the pre-existing field of "State/Province" ; "Phone - mobile" and "Job Title" respectively.   I have to ALWAYS manually select them from the Drop-down list.  How hard is that?
