Y E S !!!!! Agreed!!! It's interesting that contacts are so difficult to add, I can't upload a spreadsheet and have multiple categories that I want contacts in, it will only allow you to put them in one list...and Contact is in their business name : )

If I export, for example, multiple lists of contacts equalling over 800, and now, in my spreadsheet, I have 3 -4 different "Street Address Line" columns, 3 - 4 different "City" columns, 3 - 4 different "State" columns, 3 - 4 different "Zip code" columns. If I want to data sort by state, city, zip code...I cannot - because I can only data sort one column. I have columns spanning across pages. This is so frustrating.

When you upload a list of contacts, it puts their physical address under HOME...I'm a B2B organization, all my contacts need to have a BUSINESS/WORK physical address. When I manually enter contacts, I put the address under WORK. If I export hundreds of contacts from lists, I now have way too many columns, some with WORK, some with HOME...I went them all under WORK. I want a clean spreadsheet, not an unnecessarily inordinate amount of columns. With so many B2B's that use CC, I would think CC could make an option for a physical address default.

I have been asking for this for years! It seems odd that with all the B2B companies that use Constant Contact, there isn't a feature to default a physical address as a WORK or BUSINESS address. When I upload, it defaults to HOME, when I enter manually, I enter WORK for addresses. If I then want to export a list, I have both HOME addresses for some (which I do NOT use at all in our B2B organization), and WORK addresses...and it's a mess!

We are an independent sales agency that represents manufacturers to wholesale distributors. We are commission-based only from these manufacturers. We have an "Email Plus" account with CC since 2016. We have a manufacturer that we represent requesting the contacts that pertain to them: they want both distributors' and contractors' info. I would think that those contacts are our propietary information, as well as, they would need to have each contact opt-in for 'their' email marketing. Our distributors have told us they do not want us giving their info to their vendor. The manufacturer now wants us to give them the contractors' info, and we do not feel right in doing so. Any thoughts from the community and/or CC?

William, out of the (4) Canva images that you see (one is duplicated because I attempted to import it into my email twice and it failed to insert), the image with our simple logo size 86k, and a text box 146k...the same 1200x1600 size that is 655k will not insert. So it's not about the actual physical size, it's about the graphics... I even tried a Canva stock image with the same physical size, but because the graphics size was too much for CC to handle, it won't import. This wasn't a very complex graphic image either. This happens with a lot of pdf's that I try to import as well, that I try to insert in an email. If my pdf's are graphic-intensive, they do not load.

William, I would provide a screenshot, but I'm not sure what that would help with. It's my email campaign with the Canva logo in the center moving in and out like it's "thinking" but it cannot load anything. I can get a simple tiny image to load, but what's the point of having awesome Canva if I can't use it on CC? And I do not have any browser extension issues, etc...I can create an email campaign just fine, and like I said - I can import a very small image from Canva, without awesome graphics. I am a PREMIUM user of Canva, and am very well versed in Canva design. I create 25-50 Canva designs each week, and use their Social Share to post directly to all my social media accounts with zero issues ever. Canva is an awesome program...but Constant Contact's inability to be able to import their image sizes makes Canva in Constant Contact useless for me.

Constant Contact locks up every single time I try to to import a Canva image, even Canva stock images. This is so frustrating. Too many graphics on an image - you're out of luck...it won't load into CC. I just see the Canva logo spinning and spinning for so long that it just locks up and I have to cancel out of CC. Why have Canva if it's not a seamless integration? I have tried resizing images until they're so small that it's just not worth it.

@Frankie_P I didn't know about scanning a business card through the app. I was excited to learn about that option...until I tried it with (4) different business cards, of different varieties and designs. Unfortunately, it only captures the email address. I still have to enter all the other contact details. How does that make this easier?

I mostly add one contact at a time from business cards here and there throughout each week. It's a tedious process. Add the email address first...spin, spin... then start adding in all the fields. We need business/work/company addresses in to maintain our different sales territories...tabbing through to get to "work" physical address (wish there was a default I could pick for fields to add, because we will never use home, and it's first in the scrolling down process). Uploading from a file is fine...

TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to check the community page more often, I would have liked this every day since posted ; ) It is a nightmare to add a contact, and it's slow in responsiveness as well. When "Contact" is in the name of the biz...it should be the number one thing you can do well. Modifying columns nightmares? Yeah, that's for another thread : )

I don't ask for confirmation for my contacts; however, one of our employees wasn't receiving CC emails, so I checked her contact and her contact is set to "Awaiting Confirmation"...? When I look up info for this, it states if I delete and re-add, it will set it right back to that status? How does that happen when I don't have confirmation for my contacts? I tried it, and sure enough, I cannot add her back in...?

The exact feature I missed in my comment to CC.... "It is disconnected from the email scheduling screen. Having to go to two different screens to set up the email delivery and social post is too time consuming!!" No more calendar to view and set up social posts easily.... I just don't know why this isn't getting fixed, back to the way it was! So many comments of how terrible the new social share system is... such a shame.

@Frankie_P Yes, I use "schedule later"...and that works...for that ONE post. What happened to the Calendar, where I could pick SEVERAL dates and "schedule later" ?

Why did Social Share have to change?! It was awesome, now it's horrible. It's cumbersome, I can't pick dates to choose and share... I've seen so many people's posts that are dissatisfied with this 'new' feature... Are you going to revise this and make it easy like it was before?

It used to be so much easier and better! You picked dates on a calendar, edited, scheduled and boom! Now, it's horrible!!!! Sometimes, my posts just show up as a constant contact link - why, why, why did they change this to make it more complicated?!

I have read a LOT of feedback for this issue, so I wanted to make sure it doesn't go away! I understand the unique email address thing; however, if WE are managing our events, WE manage that problem. I can't tell you how many classes I don't even bother using CC for because so many of our clients who want to send multiple people to our events, don't have a company email address for their employees - these are HVAC contracting companies, who don't often give their techs an email address...they have an office admin enter in multiple registrants using the admin's email address. I am at the point where I'm going to register them with a fake email address to make it easier for these companies, so we can have techs actually attend our events, and their owners wanting them to attend, rather than being a hassle! Ugh, so frustrating.
