I found posts a few years old mentioning this problem...but is anyone else frustrated at how long it takes to search/add/edit a contact? I have high-speed internet, I manage/edit my company's website, I visit hundreds of sites per day, I close down all browser windows when using CC...and ugh, grrrrr... I finally had to post something! I remember dealing with this years ago when my previous company used CC. I thought after 5-6 years, it would've gotten better. I'm using Google Chrome on a Win10 PC, again, no issues with any other online programs/apps - just Constant Contact. I have over 2400 contacts, but this has been happening when I had 150 contacts. It would be nice to be able to manage what to do with duplicates after uploading SEVERAL contacts from an Excel file... for example: Our company has 9 outside salespeople that cover a 7 state territory. Sometimes, their customers overlap - So sometimes, I find out that some of the duplicates that replaced my previous contacts were incorrect... the previous contacts' information was actually the correct info, and the newer list I uploaded with those duplicates' info was outdated. It's hit and miss - however, I do not have the opportunity to review them, to send to our salespeople for review...nothing...they are just replaced. Mind you, this is different when uploading ONE contact at a time, when entering ONE contact at a time, it does ask you if you want to edit or replace - so you can review. Please integrate that same review process when uploading a FILE full of contacts as well.
