This just happened to me as well. Yes, I copy/pasted from a MS Word document -- that shouldn't matter, should it? I formatted in the Constant Contact template. When I previewed the document, it looked perfect. I sent an email test to myself and three other people, all perfect. Then this morning, when the newsletter went out to 300+ people, all the line spacing disappeared so that the paragraphs are mushed together. The font size changed for one paragraph. And letters were cut off against the text wrap around an image. What happened? Why did it happen? This was an important mailing for us and now it looks terrible. Michele
