Why should it have to be so difficult to create a new campaign without a lot of questions and other popups. It used to be pretty easy to just open up CC, go to campaign and start. I am totally frustrated.

Candace, no problem. I did find it somewhat difficult figuring out what to do - I attribute that to being a hands-on-person and having directions in front of me. Through trial and error, I was able to figure out setting up our template, but I am not sure what happens next. I will ask for some help when I get our in-house newsletter ready to publish and send out. Thank you Dodie
