It's crazy that this has been an issue for over five years, and there is still no change. I will suggest that my team discontinue Constant Contact entirely. Our organization depends on having multiple lists available on one sign-up form.

You can't, the only sign up form that's linked to that top bar is the default one at the top of that legacy landing pages page.
