Hello @RosedaleFederal ,   There is not a way to do a mass deletion of a contact's address data field unfortunately. The two ways to go about deleting/editing a contact's information is searching that one contact and selecting 'edit contact', from there you can change and add details from that screen; however this method only applies changes to that one contact.  To mass change a bunch mailing addresses at once you will need to do it from a file upload. In order to complete this, export all contacts to a file and within the address field column replace it with a '0 or N/A' or some other characters of your choosing, when you go to upload that file back in make sure that you realign the address columns with the correct selection from the dropdown choices and then select the list to upload into. Any email address from that file that is already in the system will update with the new mailing address information on that file. This will allow you to replace everyone's address with that placeholder character completing you mass deletion/edit. Two of them are in a draft status and one is currently active and has visits to it. However each one of them when I preview the form has your shopping cart image at the top. Not one of them is blank or missing, if you can please make sure that the browser you are using is on the latest version of itself. Hello @KathyDArcher ,   What you have suggested will work. Once that individual has received that third email within the automation series you can manually move them over to that secondary list. From which they will then be set to receive your weekly mailings from there. Another option for you that might work, within your 3 rd email of the automated series you can set a certain link that you are directing them to click on and enable it with click segmentation. What this will do is once that contact clicks on that link/button it can navigate them to wherever it is you are wanting to take them. At the same time they will be added to that secondary weekly list based on that click. Doing this will take away the manual adding of that contact to the secondary list.   However please be advised, the contact must click that button or link to be added over to the secondary list. If they don’t follow through with that click segmentation they won’t be added automatically. This is where a manual add of the contact to the list is more reliable. Hello @DirkC5 ,   With the release of iOS 15, Apple Mail will now preload images in emails, including tracking pixels (which we use to measure Opens). This change was made by Apple to protect customer privacy. This means that the Open rate in emails is no longer as accurate as it once was unfortunately; because an Open may show even if the contact didn't open the email. We previously calculated Clicks based on Opens. Since Opens are no longer as accurate, we've switched to calculating Opens based on successful delivery (Sent minus bounces). The Click-to-delivered metric is lower than the prior Click-to-opened metric, but it is a more accurate representation of your customers' engagement now. All pages in the account will now only list the Click-to-delivered metric. The Reporting tab has a dropdown to choose between Click rate (clicks-to-delivered) and Click-to-opens.   Regarding your account specifically, you could have a large percentage of your audience checking their inboxes via AppleMail. Thus providing you altered metrices that has lead to a 90/10 ratio that you see today.      ... View more

Hello @SallyM003 ,   The best time to send out an email and yield higher open rates is entirely dependent on your audiences past engagement history; different industries have different days of the week and different times of the day that works best for their audience. What I would suggest is look back at the past campaigns that have been sent out and when focusing on the higher open rates compare all of those send times to each other and see if there is any consistency with them. If most of those campaigns were sent out on Fridays it would be ideal to send out then based on the engagement that has been seen already with them. Some different things that can cause a spam folder delivery are: Keywords and Phrases, Images, Links, Past Email Engagement and Sender Reputation, your Sending Address and Duplicate Emails with identical subject lines and content. What I would advise is within your CRM or by using Excel, isolate those individuals that fall within that time parameter. Hello @MarcoR67 ,   After looking at a few of your email newsletters they appear to be just a single image maxed out full template width. When sending an email that only contains an image, if the recipient does not have “enable external images” turned on the email would appear to be blank for them. This is ultimately a setting within their particular email client’s inbox that you would have no control over unfortunately. One suggestion would be to include other blocks around the image block itself. Placing a button underneath that would click to view full pdf document so that way if the image doesn’t show they have a call-to-action button that would read something like “click to view document” allowing them to see it that way.
