The borders used to show up in the past (up until a July campaign) but doesn't seem to be any longer when dragging the block from the sidebar into the campaign as I did an early August campaign.

I, too, accidentally deleted the wrong duplicate name. I tried to follow your suggestion, but the name is crossed out and I am unable to click the box. The hover says This contact has been deleted. Any other way I can get this name back into my contacts?
