Not only do they lack the google analytics functionality, if your newsletter (campaign) recipient uses outlook/office 365 they don't see any of the graphics or shopify block images in the email. I didn't see a mass email from shopify being proactive and telling everyone nor did I see any credits to my account since the only reason I'm on the higher paid account is for the shopify block. That is really a lack of responsibility too. I'm looking elsewhere as well. I mean 3 months and its still not fixed so basically email marketing is useless and with Mother's Day, Nurses Week, Graduation & Father's Day on the horizon I'm a little miffed. I mean I understand they're trying but..... At least give refunds for the 3 months.
