Once the email is sent out, you won't be able to edit it. If you need to make an edit prior to resending to non-openers, you'll need to:
copy the email
make the edits
make a list from the original's Did Not Open report
schedule/send the edited version to that DNO list
If you've already scheduled an automatic resend to non-openers, make sure to cancel that prior to making the edited version.
