Hello @HarrisW5 ,    Unfortunately, in our new contacts remodel we did leave out the resubscribe button. If you'd like we can pass this along to our developers and contact you via email if we have more information on this or add this back! Hello @LauraM91930    When you say you clicked on the link. Was it in the footer of the email campaign? If so, that will not work during test sends since it is not a live email. The unsubscribe link is always inserted in and required in the footer of every sent email from Constant Contact.  ... View more

Hello @BillS5702    You can always delete a contact list. If you move a contact to a different list that you have already sent a campaign to there would be no issue. You can also delete the list the contact was previously in if you do not need it anymore. We will want to make sure that there are no other contacts in the list you want to delete that you would like to move or save just in case an email address is lost in the transfer   If you are doing a resend of a campaign this method will only work if the contact is new or did not get the sent the email originally! ... Hello @JostL    When attempting to replicate this error we found that the fonts were appearing the same as were shown in the editor. In order to assist we will need to gather a little more information. Are you seeing that this issue is happening with all email campaigns or just specific ones? Is there one main email client that seems to have this issue? (ex., Are you mainly seeing the change with individuals that have Outlook for their emails?) Hello @AGmiddleschoolpto    That is correct that you would need format a new block for each campaign as well create different Dynamic blocks if you wish to make it only visible to specific contacts.   In this Helpful article about Dynamic Links Step 7 says "To further customize your email for different contacts, repeat steps 1-7 for each content block." Hello @Sunflower_HW !   Although we do not have any author specific pre-made templates, You can always select one of our templates for the theme or design structure and edit the campaign to be used for you needs and purposes! Since every template is open for customization you have the ability to create your own master template!   If none of those are to your liking we also have the ability to create a branded email if you have a website we can base it off of!  ... Hello @MyaS90 ,   We do have some tips and helpful articles on how to keep out of filters such as these. The first thing we want to do is avoid sending image- only email campaigns! There are a lot of adjustments to content that we can make to improve our overall deliverability rate! Although we cannot resend the resubscribe email to a contact once they are in awaiting confirmation you can use a sign up form to get their permission again. You can find the Sign up form by navigating to the Sign-Up forms tab at the top of constant contact and selecting the Basic Landing Pages option. Once you are there find the Sign-Up Form and select the drop down arrow the right of Actions. Here you can find the URL that you will send to contacts to get added back onto the list. This will need to be sent outside of Constant Contact as we do not currently have permission to send to them. If that still does not work or they are having issues we can call into our support team for assistance. ... View more

If you do not have another browser handy or have tried those options are you using a campaign that you have copied many times or an old template?
