We unfortunately still don't have a way to track those links in the Share URL. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Right now we do not have a time window in which we could promise that this feature would be added. There isn't currently a way to permanently delete campaigns. There is a feature request to have to ability to do so that we are looking to possible add in the future. Currently, if you are needing to remove a campaign or link within a campaign permanently you can call into our support team for assistance.

We definitely can exclude specific contacts when scheduling an email. This is where we can utilize the "Narrow by Tag" option near the Select Recipients area on the scheduling page! You can see how to do so here.

If a contact fills out a third party contact form or one that was set up via v3 API the site owner does not need to be present.
If a contact fills out that form at any time, the information they filled out will be sent over to Constant Contact into the desired list that was selected.
