Unfortunately, in our new contacts remodel we did leave out the resubscribe button. If you'd like we can pass this along to our developers and contact you via email if we have more information on this or add this back!

When you say you clicked on the link. Was it in the footer of the email campaign? If so, that will not work during test sends since it is not a live email. The unsubscribe link is always inserted in and required in the footer of every sent email from Constant Contact.

You could potentially use the Welcome Email that is available with Email Basic. If you already have a Welcome Email set up or would like the automation when you add contacts manually or move contacts as well we would need the Email Plus Automation or to send out the email manually!

There are many more differences between the two types of plans that you can see here .
It is true that Email Plus does give you the ability to edit those items in the Sign-Up Form, it is just one of the features that becomes available when upgrading.However, it does looks like you have already downgraded, if you need any other assistance please let us know!

There isn't currently a way to permanently delete campaigns. There is a feature request to have to ability to do so that we are looking to possible add in the future. Currently, if you are needing to remove a campaign or link within a campaign permanently you can call into our support team for assistance.

That is correct that you would need format a new block for each campaign as well create different Dynamic blocks if you wish to make it only visible to specific contacts.
In this Helpful article about Dynamic Links Step 7 says "To further customize your email for different contacts, repeat steps 1-7 for each content block." We would have to repeat the process for each dynamic block

We do have some tips and helpful articles on how to keep out of filters such as these. The first thing we want to do is avoid sending image- only email campaigns! There are a lot of adjustments to content that we can make to improve our overall deliverability rate! You can find a lot of those tips and tricks outlined here.
The last thing we would recommend is setting up a campaign email authentication email which can be found under My Account!

If a contact fills out a third party contact form or one that was set up via v3 API the site owner does not need to be present.
If a contact fills out that form at any time, the information they filled out will be sent over to Constant Contact into the desired list that was selected.

Although we cannot resend the resubscribe email to a contact once they are in awaiting confirmation you can use a sign up form to get their permission again. You can find the Sign up form by navigating to the Sign-Up forms tab at the top of constant contact and selecting the Basic Landing Pages option. Once you are there find the Sign-Up Form and select the drop down arrow the right of Actions. Here you can find the URL that you will send to contacts to get added back onto the list. This will need to be sent outside of Constant Contact as we do not currently have permission to send to them. If that still does not work or they are having issues we can call into our support team for assistance.

What kind of browser are you using? Have we tried using another browser or an Incognito/private mode within the browser? If you do not have another browser handy or have tried those options are you using a campaign that you have copied many times or an old template? Sometimes creating a fresh copy will fix small issues or glitches like this.
