Hello @FirstNameL70108 I apologize that you are expereincing this. Are the contacts that are being added to the list being added manually or via a sign-up form? Our Welcome Email is for use of new sign-ups via a sign-up form. If you are wanting it to be sent to contacts you are adding manually, you would want to use an Email Automation.

Hello @WEWellness There unfortunately is some limit options for editing the landing pages. This does mean we are unable to change the size of the photo or change the spacing of the text. You can change the image itself or change the font size/style. For your last question, when you say you want to know when they are on the segmented list, do you mean you want anyone who opt for the free gift to get added to a segment?

Hello @KenyaJ48 When your first create a campaign it will automatically be saved as a draft but if you click the Orange "Continue" Button in the upper right hand corner you can select who to send it to. Once it is sent it will be in a "Final Draft" mode where no other edits can be made and you may share it on social media

Hello @VanessaK487 I apologize, you are correct that our system does not support tabs or multiple spaces. We removed the feature in hopes of making the campaign your sending out look more uniform as the spaces/tabs usually vary depending on the receiving person's computer/settings. Hello @MariaR624 We do have an option under build while you are editing a campaign. If you scroll down to see our Layouts section there are some boxes with outlined built into them that you can use However, if the border is not as thick as you'd like we would not have a way to make it larger in our editor.

Hello @KerriP2 In our new contact update you can reubscribe a contact by following the steps listed here: Click on Sign-Up Forms at the top of Contact Contact. Then, click Basic Landing Pages near the bottom of the page. Next, click on the Actions Drop Down the Right of the Sign-Up Form option After, you click on the Actions Drop Down you will select the Form URL Option. Copy this Form URL and send it to your customer outside of Constant Contact (email, text, social media, etc.). With this link, they will be able to resubscribe themselves to your list.

Hello @PaulS2859 Since the resubscribe button is no longer available in the new Contacts version. What we will need to is Go to your Sign Up Forms tab Click on Basic Landing Pages From here select the Actions Button to the right of the Sign Up Form option From here you can edit it if needed or obtain the URL You will need to send the URL to the person outside of Constant Contact where they will fill out the form and get resubscribed.

If you'd like we can pass this along to our developers and contact you via email if we have more information on this or add this back! In the meantime, you can use the sign up form you can find here: Sign-Up Forms Basic Landing Pages and Clicking Sign-Up Form To resubscribe contacts!

I can pass that info along to our developers and have them reach out to you via email if we have an updates or decided to add this back! In the meantime, we can always insert in a text link to other articles if needed to help shorten you email and give people the ability to open them in new tabs!

Here is a workaround we have found resolves issues similar to this one Click Contact Form > Lists and confirm that the desired list appears. Create a new list if necessary. Add the list under Contact Form > form name > Constant Contact List. Click Update when finished.

Hello @MichelineH7 It looks like you have two account with Constant Contact. One is a expired trial and the other is a open paid account. You may using the wrong username when attempting to log in. Here are some other things to try as your username if you do not remember. Email Address Business/Company Name The first portion of the Email Address (what is before the @ sign) If these still don't work I recommend calling into our support team to recover your account details.
