I am a part time employee that runs the marketing for a local social services non profit. In September we kicked off a new monthly agency newsletter that went out to our database of over 3,000 emails using Constant Contact tools. We also began using more of the Constant Contact services such as forms, etc. This has increased our frequency and reach and has helped position our agency as more polished and professional. Our agency has been supporting the community for over 40 years. Our programs and services fall under 4 pillars - Emotional Health and Well-Being, Senior Engagement, Crisis Response and Assistance, and Community Programs and Education. Our agency offers licensed, trained therapists that use evidence based practices to support all ages, from youth to older adult with a variety of needs, including domestic violence, trauma, parenting, pre-marital counseling, caregiver support, anxiety and more. We run campaigns to educate the community, including Child Abuse Prevention and Domestic Violence Awareness. We also provide emergency support services, including a food pantry, and our case managers work to connect clients to resources to help them get back on their feet. In addition, our volunteers deliver groceries and offer friendly visit with older adults, and offer multi-generational Holocaust survivor programming. And these are just a few examples of the services we provide. Our marketing runs on a very lean budget because we allocate the majority of funds towards helping the community. We would be so appreciative to have the 3 months of support to continue to sharpen branding and build on the growth from 2024!
