New survey reporting ability is still unacceptable. Ability of Legacy to export in multiple Excel versions (summary and detailed) produced beautiful 2-tab spreadsheets in the 'with details' version. That's what is needed here, OR RE-ACTIVATE the LEGACY version. ... View more

What a 'pile of crap' the new version of Survey Tool is with regard to exporting results!  As I look at the comments above, folks have been complaining about it since March.  Is nobody from Constant Contact paying attention?  Why was 'Legacy' replaced?  Exporting to EXCEL was so beautiful and efficient!  I will call the Help Desk AGAIN to complain.  Folks are pleasant and polite, but issues are NOT being taken seriously (OBVIOUSLY) because this could/should have been fixed months ago.  Seriously, Constant Contact, SINCE MARCH THIS HAS BEEN AN ISSUE!!!!!! New survey tool is absolutely terrible so far.  I made the mistake of converting from a perfectly good survey with wonderful reports to the 'new and improved' version.  What a trainwreck!  If I wanted a raw spreadsheet that I would have to sort myself and still look 50 times worse than the product it replaced, I would be questioning my own sanity.    My opinion of Constant Contact management for rolling this out now just went down by a few notches.  Serious error in judgement team!!! ...
