Hello @Corrie23 ,   I'd advise calling in so an agent can go through your email's reporting more thoroughly with you live. The 100% open rate, alongside the massive number of bounces is indicating either severe spam filtering / ISP issues, or some other issue regarding how your contacts' email programs are engaging with the emails. ...
