Why I'm getting below errors while creating a campaign, [

Whenever I try to send emails using, emails/activities/{campaign_activity_id}/schedules, I get a mail saying "We just wanted to let you know that when we attempted to send your email, listed below, there were no eligible contacts. As a result, no one received the email." Kindly help to resolve.

I tested sending emails using api, https://api.cc.email/v3/emails/activities/{campaign_activity_id}/tests. I got the response 204. But didn't receive any email.
