Hi, When doing a contact update on v3/contacts/sign_up_form route via the API, I get this error: [{ "error_key": "http.status.internal_server_error", "error_message": "We are currently experiencing an issue with our service, please try again in a few minutes or contact Customer Support." }] This issue may be replicated with existing contacts via: a minimal POST body with the required keys: 'email_address' and 'list_memberships' or a full POST body with some changes to other non-required keys. Creating new contacts with the same route work fine. I tried to visit the status page: https://status.constantcontact.com/, but the status of APIs seems to be marked as ok. I tried to contact customer support, but got this error page instead: https://community.constantcontact.com/t5/errors/errorpage

Hi, I want to use an Automated Email Series so that when a new user is added to a list, a series of emails are sent to that user. Is there a way to verify if an email was sent to a given user via the API? Another question: Currently, It seems that Campaigns have a "current_status" property via /emails/{campaign_id}. Are Automated Email Series considered to be campaigns available to that api call? If so, what would be the "type" property. In the documentation, I only see: [Newsletter, Custom Code Email, Announcement, Product/Service News, Business Letter, Card, Press release, Flyer, Feedback Request, Ratings and Reviews, Event Announcement, Simple Coupon, Sale Promotion, Product Promotion, Membership Drive, Fundraiser] Thanks!
