At this time, the ability to setup multiple Confirm Opt-In emails isn't on our road map.
If a standalone organization wishes to have different ways of introducing new subscribers, we'd recommend utilizing New Subscriber and List Join automation paths.
If you are trying to operate multiple brands out of a single account, we would recommend opening separate accounts for the individual brands. This avoids risk of cross-contamination in lists, makes it easier to manage unsubscribing for the individual brands, and other compliance-related functionality and processes.
