At this time, the ability to setup multiple Confirm Opt-In emails isn't on our road map.    If a standalone organization wishes to have different ways of introducing new subscribers, we'd recommend utilizing New Subscriber and List Join automation paths.    If you are trying to operate multiple brands out of a single account, we would recommend opening separate accounts for the individual brands.
